PUMPKIN CONTEST

Carve it out with Don Quijote! Calling all pumpkin carvers! Get your carving tools ready and your creative juices flowing and carve out the craftiest, most creative carved pumpkin to win! Enter for a chance to win gift card prizes by submitting a photo of your carved pumpkin here.

Prizes

  • There will be one 1st place winner in each age division and will win a $100 gift card.
  • There will be one 2nd place winner in each age division and will win a $50 gift card.
  • One randomly selected winner in each age division will win a $25 gift card.

PHOTO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Submit a photo of your carved pumpkin and include a HANDWRITTEN name card next to your pumpkin
  • Your name card should only include your first name, pumpkin's name/theme, and date.
  • Digital text writing of your name on the photo will be NOT be accepted.

All photo submissions will be subject to approval by Don Quijote prior to being publicly displayed. Any photos deemed inappropriate by Don Quijote will be excluded from the contest.

  • Files must be less than 10 MB.
  • Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png.

Contest Rules and Details:

  • There will be three age divisions:
    • 11 yrs. and under (Cutest)
    • 12 - 17 yrs. (Most Creative)
    • 18 yrs. and over (Most Creative)
  • Submission period starts at 12:00 am Oct. 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 pm on Oct. 31, 2026.
  • Must be a Hawaii resident to enter.
  • To be eligible to win, the photo MUST meet the photo submission requirements*.
  • Entries that are not tastefully done or deemed inappropriate will not be entered in the contest and will be ineligible for judging. Ineligible entries may be notified by email.
  • Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email address provided with photo submission.
  • Winners will have 72 hours to respond to prize notification. After 72 hours, if a winner has not responded they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
  • Employees of Don Qujote USA, Pan Pacific Retail Management Hawaii and their household members are not eligible to win.

Different pumpkin photo entries per person are allowed. A handwritten name card is required; digital text information on the photo is not accepted.

I understand that my pumpkin photo entry MUST include a name card in the photo next to the pumpkin with the following information, my first name, pumpkin name/theme, and date. I also understand that digital text placed on the photo DOES NOT meet submission requirements.
