OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF HAWAII WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
ELIGIBILTY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Hawaii who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the times of entry. Employees,
contractors, directors and officers of Sponsor Times Supermarkets, Big Save Markets, KraftHeinz and Administrators or any of their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, parent companies, retail locations, promotion or media partners, advertising, promotion or any other agencies or entities involved with this promotion (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (including spouses, parents, grandparents, children, siblings or spouse of any of the foregoing; biological, step or in-law) or households of any of the above, whether related or not, are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator which are final and binding in all respects.
WINNER SELECTION: Three (3) random drawings at the end of the sweepstakes period will be conducted to determine the prize winners. The random drawing will be conducted on or about February 11, 2026 by the Administrator whose decisions are final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Drawing will be conducted at a location and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. The winner must be able to accept their prize as outlined in these Official Rules. All prizes are expressly limited to the items listed and do not include any other accessories, services or expenses. Winners are solely responsible for all expenses not specified in the Official Rules. If applicable, the winners will be issued a 1099 federal tax form in the amount of the approximate retail value of the prize awarded as stated in these Official Rules. Taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the prize Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
WINNER NOTIFICATION VERIFICATION OF WINNERS: The Administrator will contact the potential Winners via the information provided in the entry form, within three (3) days from when the drawing was conducted. The potential winner will be required to contact program administrator and acknowledge prize acceptance within 3 days of being notified of prize winning. Upon claiming prize, the winner must complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) which must be completed prior to taking possession of the prize. Failure to complete the prize acceptance and release form within the required time period will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. All Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of the Official Rules. If any potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and prize acceptance form within the required time period, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor/Administrator may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to another entry and the same verification procedure described herein will apply to the subsequent potential Winner.
PRIZE: Each of three(3) winners to receive One (1) $500 Gift Card for Times Supermarkets or Big Save Markets.
