Braised Sake Soy Short Rib

He is really talented and his menu shows his diversity. This week Chef Jason shares his Braised Sake Soy Short Rib recipe with us.

Instructions

Season and brown ribs. Remove from pan. Add vegetables, brown and remove from pan. Add sake and mirin. Bring to a simmer to cook off alcohol. Add remaining ingredients and bring to simmer. Add short ribs back to pan, cover with vegetables. Cover pan with foil and braise in oven at 325 for 2.5 hours.
