- Heat oil and place cubed tulip in to pan in one layer
- Flip tulip over once golden brown on half, and repeat process.
- Once tulip is entirely brown use slotted spoon to remove tulip from oil and place on plate with paper towels to soak excess oil.
- Quickly remove tulip from paper towels while it is still hot and toss in grated garlic with pepper.
