 Seared Salmon with Furikake Mayo and Watercress Salad

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil and tomatoes in hot pan.
  2. Salt and pepper one side of salmon.
  3. Put salmon skin side down in hot pan.
  4. Cut lime in half and char it. Then add to pan.
  5. Add ginger and garlic to pan.
  6. Heat all for 5 minutes.
  7. Flip salmon and cook for two minutes.

Dressing

In a bowl, add mayo, furikake, squeeze of lime and salt. Mix together.

Plate salmon with cut watercress drizzled with dressing.
