Adela’s Country Eatery is one of those seriously creative and delicious restaurants you must try if you are ever on the windward side. They use fresh ingredients from local farms and make unique hand-crafted noodles with taro, ulu, sweet potato, and even Filipino marungai. They not only do noodles but amazing plate lunches with garlic shrimp braised short rib, and even cheesecake. Next time you are in Kaneohe make sure to stop by and tell them Lanai sent you. - Melt the butter in a small pot, add garlic and then sauté.
- Add the shoyu, patis, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Place the sauce from the pot on a flat-top skillet, add the noodles and sauté.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
