Adela’s Country Eatery is one of those seriously creative and delicious restaurants you must try if you are ever on the windward side. - Melt the butter in a small pot, add garlic and then sauté.
- Add the shoyu, patis, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Place the sauce from the pot on a flat-top skillet, add the noodles and sauté.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
